One must-do that makes our fall weekend list year after year: Going apple picking. But we alway bring home more (way more) than we need. Thus, this list: several dozen of our favorite apple recipes, from sweet to savory, that help us get through our haul no matter how big it is. Apple desserts are great of course, but we’ve found plenty of ways to use them, from sweeting an appetizer, to roasting alongside sausage and onions, to lightly grilled, wrapped in prosciutto, and turned into a decadent hors d’oeuvre.
Enjoy!
